5 WORST Gaming Mice 2022

I have review alot of great gaming mice. However, some weren't so good. Here are the 5 worst gaming mice I have reviewed. Did your favourite mouse make the list? Such as the Razer Deathadder Essential, SteelSeries Aerox 3, Logitech G502 and even the Logitech G Pro Wireless Superlight? In no particular order....

Glorious Model D-

The Glorious Model D- was my first experience with a Glorious product and it wasn't a great one. Make sure to check out the full review of it https://youtu.be/-_0BySUpXPI In short the Model D- had really poor build quality. Everything else wasn't too bad. My mouse actually broke during my testing. With a relatively light squeeze from the bottom an internal support snapped and the PCB popped out of place. I had to take the mouse apart to fix it. Razer DeathAdder Essential

My review of the Razer DeathAdder Essential upset alot of people. https://youtu.be/L4jW2A2hH_E In hindsight I was a little bit harsh in some respects. Similarly Razer has since updated the mouse and it is cheaper, making it better value for money. Even still the DeathAdder Essential can't compete with some of the other great budget mice. Even for those who may prefer a heavy, large mouse (if you have not tried a lightweight mouse I highly suggest you do) its sensor, clicks, feet, cable and general features such as RGB and DPI control are not up to the standards of modern mice.

Roccat Burst Core

After reviewing the excellent Roccat Burst Pro I was hopeful for the budget version, the Burst Core. https://youtu.be/2bZ82Pi2N5A The shape was the same which was already a good start. Almost everything checked out. Unfortunately, the sensor was was poor and had the highest lift off distance I've seen. So much so that it regularly hindered my gaming experience. This was particularly disappointing as I think Roccat did a lot of other things right. If it wasn't for some little things the Roccat Burst Core could have been one of the best budget mice. I am excited to see what Roccat come up with next.

SteelSeries Aerox 3

SteelSeries could have done much better with the Aerox 3, their first attempt at a lightweight mouse. https://youtu.be/efQY3Jw1aOY For the price it simply was not up to standard of an increasingly saturated market. Most features such as the cable and feet were simply just OK. This is not enough for a $60 when many other great mice such as the Xtrfy M42, HyperX Pulsefire Haste and even budget mice such as the Razer Viper Mini offer more at the same or a lower price. For me the killer was the build quality. In general it was fairly poor, but in particular it was possible to change the DPI of the mouse by pressing the top of main body. Watch the video to see more about this. This even happened to me while gaming which made the mouse almost useless.

Number 5!

For number 5 it was a tough decision. In the video I go through a few mice it could possibly be for different reasons, so make sure to check it out!
